Lantern Cheesecake Cup
Inspired by Lunar New Year festival lanterns, this treat has a moreish almond base, a rich chocolate mousse layer topped with a hyper-berry raspberry layer and a seriously citrus orange layer with candied peel. We only use the most decadent ingredients, including cacao butter for plant-based creaminess and coconut nectar for complex sweetness.
